After a silent retreat, have you ever wondered “What now? How do I carry the benefits of this into daily life?”
If yes, this six-day retreat in Byron Bay, Australia, could be for you. It brings together traditional Vipassanā and the relational practice of Insight Dialogue to deepen both wisdom and compassion, on and off the cushion.
Mornings and evenings will be dedicated to silent practice, to strengthen mindfulness, steadiness and insight. In the afternoons, we’ll explore Insight Dialogue, cultivating awareness, kindness, and clarity as we interact with each other and explore the Buddha’s transformative wisdom.
Taught by two highly-trained and experienced teachers, this is a rare opportunity to deepen your practice in the beautiful and comfortable Sangsurya Retreat Centre, Byron Bay.
